IIN’s blog really inspired me

Lately, my favorite blogs on IIN have been about “How to Practice Mindful Eating”. I learned about mindful eating by focusing on the experience of eating, the sensations associated with our bodies, thoughts, and feelings about our relationship with food, and how this can affect stress management, increased awareness of hunger and fullness, and healthier food choices.
